- Who can apply?
- Authorised brand dealers, importers, EV specialist dealers, multi-brand dealerships, and fleet managers based in any of the six GCC countries. Private individuals selling their own vehicle should use our private seller portal (launching January 2027).
- How long does review take?
- We aim to review all complete applications within 3 business days. Incomplete applications or those requiring additional documents may take longer.
- What documents do I need?
- A valid trade licence is required. Authorised brand dealers should also have their brand authorisation document ready to upload after submission. We will request documents by email if needed.
- What are the fees?
- NEV3S charges a listing fee and a transaction fee on sales completed through the marketplace. Details will be provided to approved dealers in their welcome pack.
- Can I list in multiple GCC countries?
- Yes. Approved dealers can list vehicles for delivery to any of the six GCC markets. Inter-GCC delivery logistics are facilitated through NEV3S partners.
- What is the Authorised Dealer badge?
- Dealers who submit and maintain a valid brand authorisation document receive an "Authorised Dealer" badge on their listings. This badge builds buyer trust and improves listing visibility.
